about

Hi folks, welcome the warm jets. Here comes another Henrik Schwarz trademark remix. This is so lovely elastic and warm and “gonna make your and our day”. Yosa, a young gifted talent from Tokyo, gratified and delighted already with his releases on Drumpoet Community, Supplemental, Resopal or Dirt Crew Records. DJ Hell played the previous unreleased Long Version of “Patience” a lot in his sets and motivate us (in)directly to couple it here. All in all a tremendous package. And if you may not know the recently released Marsmobil album “(Why Don ́t You Take) The Other Side?” you should check The Other Side. Maybe the quotes below quicken the appetite.

Quotes for Marsmobil’s album “(Why Don ́t You Take) The Other Side?”:

“This album is likeable, small gesture, great pop.“ (GROOVE)

„A lot of different pieces of a puzzle are brought together to represent an entertaining, diversified and one of the most beautiful albums of the year.“ (RAVELINE, 6 of 6 stars)

„Roberto Di Gioia again presents an album, which sounds and feels so wonderful lightly, despite all its complexity, that everything just merges itself.“ (ROLLING STONE, 4 1/2 of 5 stars)

“An amazing album which catapult Marsmobil somewhere in the stratosphere between Fleet Foxes and Four Tet galaxy, although mastermind Roberto Di Gioia succumb to The Beatles charms and adhere on Mars." (WIRE)

“So far the best pop album in the young new decade” (Süddeutsche Zeitung /SZ)

„Große Show – Gratulation!!“ (DJ HELL)

„Wie ́Zombies`2010 – wunderbar psychedelisch!” (MARKUS ACHER - The Notwist / Console)

„Ungewöhnlich gut, wie immer und alles was Roberto Di Gioia macht!” (KLAUS DOLDINGER)

„Wundervoll, das glitzert im Ohr!” (HENRIK SCHWARZ)
