about

Dodi Palese - what a cool funny name, isn't it. Compost signed him just because of his name. Äh no, Rainer Trüby, dan Mela and others recommended his fine work of calm deep house fused with Eighties electronic "rude moments" fusion sounds reminding us soundwise (not musical wise) a bit to "Winning" / "Rude Moments" from Sun Palace or perhaps some reminiscences to Needs. Anyway, it works where DJs are playin quality house and calm but musical tools.

"Glow" is glowing and the dan Mela mix is blissful deep house. "Glow" is flavoured with a pinch of jazz - thanks to Macagnino Giuseppe, one of the best pianists in the south of Italy.

dan Mela and Dodi Palese are friends, living in south if Italy and they are into the house music scene since the early Nineties. Dan Mela is running the Disco INN record shop in Bologna and the new recommended download portal www.inndigital.com
His productions, especially the track "Re-Troit" gained much respect and plays by Rainer Trüby, Matthias Heilbronn, Little Louie Vega, Tony Humphries, Francois K.

dan Mela directs, together with Dodi Palese, 'South Vibes' - a radio show which ranges from soul, jazz funk to the new beat scene, future jazz and house music.
